AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and KARACA PORCELAIN ROMANIA LIMITED, doing business as Karaca ("KARACA," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.karaca.ro website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Romania and have our registered office at Oraş Pantelimon, Bulevardul BIRUINTEI, Nr.59, (DN 3, KM 10+0,85) CORP 2- BIROURI, Judet Ilfov.

The payment methods that you can use for your purchases at our website:

• For the PayPal payment method, you must have a PayPal account to confirm the payment. In case of necessity, PayPal conducts a credit check, which can also use the data entered for delivery. For the payments made through Paypal, the company that receives the payment is our group company: Karaca Porselen France (12 AV ROLAND CORRAO 13700 MARIGNANE).

• You can make payments for your shopping easily and securely by using your credit card. You can pay with the MasterCard, Visa and Maestro credit cards. Your credit card will be only used during the payment procedure.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available in all cities. With COD, you can make cash payment at the door for your online orders.
